Own the software instead of renting it

This offer is for an organization with 300 or more locations that is spending $2 million or more a year on field-service software it does not own.

The price is $1,500,000 once. You receive a copy of the ServiceFlow Pro application source code and the infrastructure configuration required to run it. You operate that copy. This is not the monthly hosted subscription, and it does not transfer the ServiceFlow brand or the public serviceflow-pro.com service.

Separately, White-label AI Change Light ($1,500/mo) runs a private instance and AI Change Studio on your domain without GitHub source download. Enterprise code access (invites + IDE) is unlocked by a platform admin after this ownership agreement is signed.

You own the code. You are not on a renewal. The first year of a $2 million software rent covers this purchase. After that year the rent is gone and you keep the code and infrastructure.

White-label terms

These terms are the published offer for the white-label copy. They are not the signed contract. The purchase is complete only when both sides sign a written agreement.

Price. $1,500,000, due under that signed agreement.

Yearly software fees. This purchase is the way to own a white-label copy and end the yearly software fees. After the agreement is signed and the buyer is operating its own copy, the yearly software fees for the hosted product end. The buyer does not pay a yearly software fee to keep using the copy it owns.

Delivery. A copy of the application source code and the infrastructure configuration required to run it.

Buyer. An organization with 300 or more locations.

Third parties. Payment, phone, maps, email, and similar accounts stay in the buyer’s name and at the buyer’s cost.

What is not included. Ongoing support, updates, and exclusivity are not included unless a separate written agreement says so. This purchase does not transfer the ServiceFlow Pro brand or the hosted serviceflow-pro.com product.
